BY-RX700 Electric Ride-On Floor Scrubber for Industrial Cleaning

Baiyi’s BY-RX700 electric ride-on floor scrubber is designed for efficient floor maintenance in factories, warehouses, logistics centers, schools, hospitals, hotels, and commercial facilities. The factory photos highlight its compact body, operator area, dual brushes, and rear squeegee system.

Compact Design for Flexible Operation

Industrial floors often accumulate dust, oil stains, footprints, forklift marks, and production residue. Measuring 1,460 × 1,030 × 1,110 mm, the BY-RX700 has a minimum turning radius of just 220 mm, allowing it to maneuver easily around equipment, racks, columns, and narrow aisles.

Its ride-on design reduces the physical effort required compared with manual mopping or walk-behind machines, helping operators complete continuous cleaning tasks more comfortably and efficiently.

700 mm Dual-Brush Cleaning System

The BY-RX700 features a 700 mm cleaning width with two 350 mm brushes. Its dual-brush system provides consistent scrubbing performance for removing dirt and stains from industrial and commercial floors.

With a maximum working efficiency of 4,900 m²/h, the machine can cover large areas in less time, making it suitable for factory workshops, warehouses, logistics centers, and other commercial spaces.

Scrubbing, Water Recovery, and Drying

The machine combines floor washing, brush scrubbing, wastewater recovery, and drying in one operation. Its 70 L clean-water tank and 90 L recovery tank help reduce interruptions caused by frequent refilling and draining.

The 1,030 mm rear squeegee collects wastewater after scrubbing, helping floors dry faster. The squeegee automatically lifts when the machine stops or reverses and resets when moving forward, reducing component wear and maintaining effective water recovery.

Electric Drive for Indoor Facilities

The BY-RX700 uses a 24V / 100Ah battery system, a 24V / 500W traction motor, 24V / 2 × 380W brush motors, and a 24V / 500W vacuum motor. Its operating time is approximately 2.5–3 hours.

With no tailpipe emissions and relatively low operating noise, the electric scrubber is well suited to indoor and semi-indoor environments where air quality and working comfort are important.

Demonstrated at Baiyi’s Production Facility

The photos show the BY-RX700 displayed inside Baiyi’s production workshop, alongside other sweepers, road-cleaning vehicles, and new-energy sanitation equipment. The demonstration provides customers with a clear view of the machine’s compact structure, operating layout, front brushes, and rear squeegee assembly.
