Walk-Behind Floor Scrubber Operation Manual for Beginners

 I. Preparation Before Use

Before using the walk-behind floor scrubber, first check whether the battery is fully charged. If the battery is low, charge it before use. At the same time, ensure there is enough cleaning solution in the tank; refill in advance if necessary.

II. Start Cleaning

  1. Press the start button to begin operation. At this point, the clean water tank will start dispensing water, and the scrubber head will begin to rotate.

  2. Push the machine to the area that needs cleaning, lower the brush plate, and adjust the brush rotation speed. The brush will begin to spin and make contact with the floor for cleaning.

  3. During the cleaning process, the machine will automatically suction up dirty water and discharge it through the drainage system. Meanwhile, the clean water tank will continuously dispense water to keep the floor moist.

III. Finishing the Cleaning

  1. Once cleaning is complete, press the start button again to stop the machine.

  2. Lift the brush plate and wipe the scrubber head with a clean cloth to ensure no residue remains.

  3. Check if the dirty water tank is full. If it is, empty it promptly.

  4. Place the machine in the designated storage area and turn off the power switch.

IV. Precautions

  1. If any abnormal situation occurs or the machine malfunctions during use, turn off the power immediately and stop operation.

  2. Use different brush plates for different floor materials to avoid damage.

  3. When replacing the battery or adding cleaning solution, make sure the power is off and the power cord is unplugged.

  4. If the machine will not be used for an extended period, fully charge the battery and store it properly.
