Baiyi Showcased Compact Electric Sanitation Equipment at the 14th Shandong Sanitation Expo 2021

On July 27–28, 2021, the 14th Shandong Urban and Rural Environmental Sanitation Facilities, Equipment and Solid Waste Treatment Technology Expo was held at the Qingdao Hongdao International Convention and Exhibition Center. As a professional manufacturer of compact electric sanitation and cleaning equipment, Baiyi participated in the exhibition with several key products, including its leaf collection vehicles, electric sweeper-washers, and deep cleaning equipment, drawing strong interest from visitors focused on sidewalk, narrow street, and non-motorized lane cleaning solutions.

At the exhibition, one of the most attention-grabbing products was the BY-CS60 electric sweeper-washer, which was featured in live demonstrations. Developed through market research and product upgrades, the BY-CS60 is a compact pure electric washing and sweeping vehicle designed for areas where large sanitation trucks are not practical. Its application scenarios include non-motorized lanes, sidewalks, narrow back streets, airports, campuses, industrial parks, and property management areas.

The BY-CS60 combines multiple functions in one vehicle, including road sweeping, high-pressure road washing, curb cleaning, wastewater recovery, and high-pressure rinsing. Unlike traditional dry sweeping machines, it adopts a washing-and-sweeping operating mode, helping reduce dust during cleaning and improve cleaning performance. The vehicle is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery system and supports both high-pressure and low-pressure operating modes, allowing operators to select the appropriate cleaning mode according to road conditions and improve battery efficiency.

According to the product information presented at the exhibition, the BY-CS60 can provide approximately 40 minutes of high-pressure washing operation and up to 70 minutes of low-pressure operation with a single tank of clean water. It also supports independent fast charging, with a full charge completed in around 2 to 3 hours, making it suitable for all-day sanitation work through flexible operation and charging arrangements.

Another featured model was the BY-C15 road maintenance vehicle, also described as a compact high-pressure washing vehicle. This model is designed for multifunctional washing operations in urban pedestrian environments. Its main applications include sidewalk washing, auxiliary road cleaning, curb cleaning, bus stop washing, removal of stains from paved surfaces, cleaning of waste bins, cleaning of public facilities, and public restroom washing.

The BY-C15 is designed with a compact body, light vehicle weight, and strong maneuverability, making it suitable for pedestrian areas and other environments where access and surface protection are important. The vehicle is engineered to avoid damage to sidewalks, paving bricks, manhole covers, and similar public infrastructure. Its chassis uses high-strength carbon steel, with a thickness of at least 5 mm, along with a cold-riveting assembly process, electrophoretic coating, enlarged tires, and shock absorbers to handle demanding operating conditions more effectively.

In addition, the vehicle is designed for ease of use, with operating controls integrated into the cab. The cab is equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning, allowing operators to complete cleaning tasks more comfortably and conveniently. These design features support safe, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly operation in daily sanitation work.

Through its participation in the 14th Shandong Sanitation Expo 2021, Baiyi demonstrated its continued focus on compact electric sanitation equipment for modern urban cleaning applications. The exhibition also provided an opportunity to present practical equipment solutions for sidewalks, side roads, and narrow urban environments where flexible and efficient cleaning vehicles are increasingly needed.
