Chassis
Equipped with a new-generation, custom heavy-duty sanitation chassis from Dongfeng Motor, featuring high-capacity energy storage and high power, delivering long range and a robust structure.

Built-in Compaction Mechanism
Built into the bin, the dual-action compactor uses sliding and rotating elements to slash waste volume, extend collection intervals, and maximize capacity with durable, low-maintenance performance.

Sewage Collection System
Consists of a high-quality carbon-steel wastewater tank and its mounting bracket, secured to the chassis side and hose-connected to the bottom of the waste container to capture leachate and boost the system’s storage capacity.

Loading Mechanism
A four-bar linkage driven by a tipping hydraulic cylinder, it lifts and inverts the waste bin to empty its contents into the body. During lifting, a hydraulically driven pressing plate firmly clamps the bin rim and only releases once the plastic bin has fully returned to position. This hydraulic-cylinder–driven press-plate design effectively prevents bins from dropping and eliminates the risk of injury during loading.

Push shovel + Push plate combination structure.
The “push shovel + push plate” combination structure delivers dual-action synergy—gliding the shovel carriage along side rails for pinpoint positioning while the plate auto-adjusts on guides to hug the bin floor for zero-residual discharge—all powered by hydraulics for reliable, controllable, and low-maintenance unloading.

VEHICLE ADVANTAGES
Waste Container
The side panels are precision-bent, with critical inner surfaces made from high-quality weathering steel for exceptional ultimate strength and long service life—ideal for corrosive environments. The main body uses an integrated, sunken-arc sealed design, and the rear floor is depressed into a built-in loading hopper.

Rear Control Box
Mounted on the right side at the rear of the waste container, this operator panel houses buttons for bin lifting, bin dumping, compaction operations, feeder-cover open/close, communication, and lighting control.

Operation Modes
The vehicle is controlled via an on-board CAN-bus push-button panel, remote control, and manual rear controls. Following the work sequence, it performs fill mode, compactor lift/lower, push-shovel extension/retraction, discharge, and cleaning. Independent rear control buttons enable bucket clamping, lifting, tipping, dumping, single compaction, and continuous compaction—offering simple, safe operation.
